Description
This scholarship, tenable for a minimum of either 2 years or 18 months, is awarded to UK graduates who wish to pursue independent research or enter onto a taught course in Japanese universities. Research or study may be undertaken in almost any field as long as it is relevant to a grantee's field of expertise or previous study.
No knowledge of the Japanese language is necessary for many subjects.
This scholarship, tenable for 5 to 7 years including 1 year of preparatory education in the Japanese language, is awarded to UK nationals who wish to pursue an undergraduate degree in Japanese universities.
Undergraduate Scholarship in Japanese Studies *
This scholarship, tenable for a year, is awarded to UK undergraduate students who major in Japanese language and culture at university and have high proficiency in Japanese language.
